Dry needling targets local trigger points and taut bands in muscles, helping to reduce pain and improve range of motion. Dry needling is a style of acupuncture, which acupuncturists refer to as orthopedic needling or motor point needling. We respectfully challenge the notion that enduring pain is an inherent part of one’s identity. While pain may have become familiar, we believe in a different narrative—one where individuals don’t need to accept ongoing discomfort as an unchangeable aspect of who they are. Our goal is to support a journey toward relief and well-being, aiming to redefine the relationship between personal identity and pain.
